Commercial Control

Crown has extensive experience doing commercial pest control. Each commercial property is first treated for general and seasonal concerns, and then a customized and targeted treatment plan is implemented after review & planning.

We pride ourselves on being consistent and effective for the long term and have partnerships that are still ongoing after 25+ years.

Residential Control

We want everyone to enjoy a life free of pests at home. We provide a thorough interior & exterior inspection & treatment on any first-time services to ensure your particular home has full control for all types of pests.

Our most popular plans include annual, bi-annual, and quarterly services that can be customized for your needs. We do NOT do contracts, and you can cancel at any time.

Termite Control

Termites can cause significant damage to your home. Crown specializes in performing soil treatments using Termidor HE and specialized liquid injection techniques to provide control and protection for your property.

Real Estate Termite Inspections

Crown Pest Control provides thorough and affordable termite inspections for real estate transactions, including FHA/VA loans. We are typically able to perform these with exceptionally quick turnaround times.

Bed Bug Control

Crown Pest Control provides affordable chemical treatments for bed bugs for homes and commercial properties.

This process typically begins with a thorough inspection and typically includes two treatment dates approx. 10 - 17 days apart.

Mosquito Control

Crown Pest Control provides mosquito yard treatments from roughly Mid-April through Mid-October, weather permitting.

For ongoing control, we recommend continuing to perform these treatments roughly every 21 - 28 days.
